Fort Stockton Community Theatre is proud to host the Fort Stockton premiere of TEXAS RHAPSODY, a film written by FSHS alum Sam Pfiester and starring local talent!

Texas Rhapsody is a powerful, inspiring film set in the oil fields and open skies of West Texas. Inspired by three real stories, it follows lives shaped by immigration, hard work, and hope — where music becomes the language that connects us all. Written and produced by Sam Pfiester (Buttercup Productions) and directed by Taylor Stanley (Forest & Pine), the film brings together extraordinary performances by non-actors playing themselves (a few with slightly changed names), stunning Texas landscapes, and an unflinching look at humanity.

The film will be screened for local audiences March 28 & 29, 2026, at the Nelson Street Theatre.

Saturday, March 28 – 7:00 p.m.  – LOCAL MOVIE PREMIERE, followed by Q&A and reception benefiting Fort Stockton Rotary Club’s service projects.

Sunday, March 29 – 2:00 p.m. – MOVIE SCREENING

Tickets may be purchased online for $15.00 each.
