Ellen was recently laid off from her position as an astronomy professor\, and she’s certain she’ll never find a job again. Her luck changes\, however\, when high-tech billionaire Philip Brantley stops in at the shop and Margie convinces him to hire Ellen for his new space project. \n\n\n\nWith Ellen out shopping\, Margie has a brainstorm to wrap the bookmark that Philip wrote his phone number on and give it to Ellen as a Christmas present. After all\, what could possibly go wrong? Ha! \n\n\n\nWhen the present disappears\, it’s up to beloved come-to-life book characters to solve the mystery of the missing bookmark and save the day for Ellen — all without giving away their magical existence. It’s a hilarious\, heartwarming tale that reminds us that the best gifts don’t come wrapped in pretty paper and bows. \n\n\n\nCHRISTMAS IN THE LAND OF OZ \n\n\n\nThe Wicked Witch of the West becomes the grinch of this delightful holiday play when she steals Christmas from Munchkinland.  It takes all beloved Ozians — Dorothy and Toto\, Scarecrow\, Tin Man\, the Lion\, and the Munchkins – to bring the yuletide holiday back.  In the process\, the Tin Man recovers his sense of humor\, the lonely Lion finds a lady companion\, and Dorothy finds the spirit of Christmas to take back to Kansas for Auntie Em and Uncle Henry. \n\n\n\nThursday\, December 11 – 7:00 pmFriday\, December 12 – 7:00 pmSaturday\, December 13 – 7:00 pmSunday\, December 14 – 2:00 pm \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPricingADULT: $10.00CHILD: $5.00SENIOR (65+): $5.00STUDENT: $5.00 \n\n\n\nAdditional InformationAge RangeThis show is suitable for all ages. \n\n\n\nRefund/Exchange PolicyAll sales are final \n\n\n\nLate PolicyFort Stockton Community Theatre does not guarantee late seating. SUMMARY:A Storybook Christmas (December 2025)
DESCRIPTION:CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS PRODUCTION – December 11-14\, 2025 \n\n\n\nFort Stockton Community Theatre’s Paisano Players are proud to present A STORYBOOK CHRISTMAS\, featuring performances of An Enchanted Bookshop Christmas and Christmas in the Land of Oz.   \n\n\n\nAN ENCHANTED BOOKSHOP CHRISTMAS \n\n\n\nIt’s four days before Christmas and scatterbrained bookshop owner Miss Margie is thrilled to welcome two very special guests — her serious-minded sister Ellen and book-loving niece Annabelle. SUMMARY:BARRIO FEST – LIVE THEATRE @ FSCT
DESCRIPTION:BARRIO FEST – LIVE THEATRE @ FSCT \nSaturday\, September 13th – 7:00-9:00 p.m. \nI’ll Remember for You (Yo Me Acuerdo Por Ti): A Caregiver’s Story \nWritten by Lisa Suarez; performed by Sirena Productions (Corpus Christi\, TX) \nI’ll Remember for You explores the challenges and emotional impact of caring for someone with Alzheimer’s\, including the frustration of circular conversations and the fear of losing one’s own memory.  Set on the Southside of San Antonio\, this heartfelt one-woman show follows a middle-aged Latina caring for her mother with Alzheimer’s. Blending humor and heartbreak\, it explores the complexities of mother-daughter relationships\, cultural expectations\, and the emotional weight of caregiving in the Latino community. A moving story of love\, memory\, and the ties that connect us all.
